For the elevators to be used with confidence, the required electronic and mechanical parts must be modernized.
The elevators in your building have a certain life, which also depends on the conditions of use. As in other machines, the electronic, mechanical and technical lives expire in time. With the passage of time, worn down and dangerous elevators become both disturbing visually and dangerous in terms of safety.
Therefore, the electronic and mechanical parts of elevators must be modernized so that they can be used with confidence.
Since January 2012, all municipalities have been signing agreements with type A examination organizations and examining the elevators of every building annually.
As a result of these examinations, elevators are given red, yellow or green labels.
